“Psychotherapy is about transition, you are not necessarily bound by your patterns. It’s also about simultaneously addressing symptoms and developing effective and lasting means of combating them. Life stressors, especially during difficult times, challenge us to approach these stressors in more effective ways. We must ask to reconsider ourselves, our behaviors, our responses, and our ability to engage with others. The practice of psychotherapy is a creative, forward moving, and lasting transition to enhance all areas of one’s life.”
